Welcome

I work very hard to bring you the most interesting crafts, therefore, advance notice is required in order to allow for the creation of your unique gift. Any item can be custom designed to fit your needs.

Please note that all pictures are representations of items available for purchase. Each gift is unique and no two are identical. All items are subject to availability and I reserve the right to make substitutions.

Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to any item being made or shipped.
***New York residence are subject to sales tax***

Shipping
All orders will be shipped after payment has cleared and in the order they are received. Your handmade gift usually takes three weeks to make and ship out.
Please notify me if you need an item sooner and I will try to accommodate.

Custom orders
After a design has been agreed upon, the buyer will be able to purchase through a reserved listing in my shop. All custom orders must be paid for before the item will be made. Custom orders can not be returned

Payments

Payment in full is due at the time your order is placed.
Cancellations for non custom work within the first 24 hours only. I do not accept cancellations of any custom / personalized work.
Work is commenced in the order it is received.

Shipping

Once I turn your package over to the USPS, Fed Ex or UPS, I cannot be responsible for whether or not it arrives or for the condition it arrives in. I package all my products with great care in order to prevent them for getting damaged in shipping but I can't guarantee against mishandling by others while it is on its way to your destination.

All items are handcrafted and made to order, therefore, additional time is needed to make your special party decorations, gifts or centerpieces. Please allow a minimum of three weeks to complete your order or contact me if you need a rush order.

Refunds

Refunds/Cancellations
While I believe you will be happy with your purchase, customer satisfaction is important to me. If you are unhappy with an item, and it is not a custom order or personalized in any way, you may return the item in its original, unused condition within 15 days of the purchase. You are responsible for cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping cost.

All items that are handcrafted and made to order are not refundable therefore, please double check all spelling before submitting your order.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me to discuss the issue.

Damaged or Lost Items
Please contact me immediately upon receipt of your purchased item if it is damaged. A refund will be processed but an insurance claim may need to be filed through USPS or UPS.

Cancellations
Please note I do not accept cancellations for custom work. Any other items that are not personalized or custom made may be cancelled within the first 24 hours only.

Custom and personalized orders

Most products in my shop are images of previously completed orders. Due to the handmade nature of each item, no two look exactly alike. We can recreate an item and also customize it to your specific needs. Message me to discuss creating your custom order.
